Definitions

The Employee Engagement Survey is a UNC System Office initiative in which NC State participates every two years. All NC State full-time, permanent employees are invited to participate in the survey, and asked to indicate the extent to which they agree or disagree to a series of statements. The item "All things considered, this is a great place to work" is asked of all participants.

Due to limitations in the way the data are provided to NC State by the survey vendor, the number of respondents answering any given question is not available. The "N" reported is the total number participating in the survey.
